Please maintain Order at your Parties and be courteous to other Members who are present!
• There are NO “PRIVATE” parties; FCV POOL MEMBERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL DURING PARTY TIMES

• Pool Parties may be held from 9am to sunset/pool closing.

• Pool Parties may not be longer than 3 hrs

• Pool Parties must be scheduled with Angel Olivarez at aolivarez@gmail.com   (210-294-0809 text)

Members who rent the pool for parties are responsible for the safety of their invited guests. This is a “Swim at Your Own Risk” facility and FCVHOA is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the safety of Pool Party attendees. Pool Entrance Gate MUST BE KEPT CLOSED during parties. Station someone at the gate to allow party guests to enter.
1. Members who rent the pool facility will adhere to all the pool rules. 
2. Used pool area(s) MUST be left clean! If a facility grill is used, it must be left CLEAN for the next user. All trash/debris must be placed in plastic trash bags in the BROWN city trash bin. Recyclable materials must be placed in BLUE city trash bin. Please Recycle!! (“Pinata’s” go in BROWN bin)
3. Members who rent the pool facility for a party are asked to stay within the reserved area (Area B on the back side of the pool). Members can reserve up to two (2) tables during normal pool hours. Tables will be designated by signs or color of tables.
4. Members who rent the pool facility must have adequate adult supervision. Two designated adults for each 20 people (total number of people attending) is required in addition to lifeguards.
5. Members are allowed to bring in alcohol, but NO GLASS ITEMS! Smoking NOT ALLOWED!
6. Members are allowed to have music. Members and party must maintain appropriate noise levels to be respectful to other members in the pool and facility neighbors.
7. Cancelling a Party: Members must notify Angel Olivarez aolivarez@gmail.com 210-294-0809 within 24 hours of cancellation. Rental fee of $25 will be refunded ONLY if received by Angel Olivarez 24 hours in advance of party time.
8. Members can access volleyball net, toys and floats, barbeque grills by asking in advance for the items to be available. Items must be returned to designated area(s).
9. Members may pay deposit and rental fees of $25 with separate check or cash. Deposit Fee of $25 is refundable upon verification of cleanliness of all areas and the correctness of trash placement. “Failure to comply with the above will result in deposit forfeiture!”
10. Use of on-site refrigerator by members is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice to Parties Scheduler. Refrigerator must be left clean and in original condition.
11. Refer to posted pool/tennis courts rules regarding weather conditions closing requirements.
