FRENCH CREEK VILLAGE NEIGHORHOOD ASSOCIATION
What Makes Our Community Special
The French Creek Village Homeowners' Association began in 1978 by a group of property owners. Read more about the history here.
Membership to the Neighborhood Association is voluntary - we are not a traditional HOA - which means joining is completely up to each resident and is renewed annually.
This also means the board, with only 8 volunteer members, consists of actual French Creek Village neighbors and is not managed by an outside organization. This small group invests their time and energy in our events and community. Since 1977, these dedicated board members, with the help of volunteers, have kept our events going, added new ones, and made sure our neighborhood stayed the unique and welcoming community it is today!
We always need volunteers so please consider getting involved! We’re currently looking for block captains who can help deliver newsletters and other communications to homes on their assigned street a few times a year. Let us know if you’d like to join by emailing us at frenchcreekvillagehoa@gmail.com.
