COMMITTEE

This is a great committee for those who take great pride in their own front yard!

 

The Neighborhood Beautification Committee is responsible for helping to maintain the common areas within our HOA: the French Creek Village Sign, areas around the pool, and assistance with Pool Maintenance.  

 

NOTE: The HOA does retain an outside company to perform the bulk of pool maintenance and landscaping duties like cutting grass. This is why it is important that we increase memberships to FCVHOA in order to upkeep the pool/tennis courts to ensure their longevity.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IF I SIGN UP?

​

We are looking for one Committee Lead who is willing to lead a group of additional committee members. This way the duties are shared equally amongst all members. 

​

Expectations of Committee Leads:

  • Scheduling committee meetings

  • Communicating with members

  • Assigning members preferred tasks

  • Keeping members on track with deadlines

  • Reporting to HOA board

  • Tracking expenses & working within budget

​

Expectations of Committee Members:

  • Attend committee meetings

  • Assist in executing committee-assigned tasks
