You're invited to our monthly board meetings and bring your ideas of how to make our neighborhood even better! Meetings are the second Tuesday of every month at the FCV Pool, weather permitting. 

FCVHOA is a completely voluntary HOA. That's pretty much unheard of in Texas. All that we do, throughout the year, is done by our neighbor volunteers. Most of our events have been in play for about 40 years ... meaning, we have strong-rooted traditions in this neighborhood. 

The folks who make things happen for our neighborhood are both new to the neighborhood as well as those who have been here since the beginning. We are a diverse board who welcomes new and fresh ideas of how to make our FCV neighborhood experience, the best ever!
