Letter from the Board of Directors

Monday, June 27, 2022

Dear FCV Class B/E/F Members,

It has come to the attention of the FCVHOA Board of Directors that adherence to our FCV Recreation Facilities (RF) rules is waning. These rules are in place for many reasons, most notably:

-       City Ordinances

-       current insurance policy requirements

-       security of the pools area

-       health and welfare of all members

-       health of the pools/tennis courts themselves (pool filters, court nets, etc.)

Non-compliance with our rules can endanger not only the health of every one of our members but also our ability to keep our recreation facilities open and available to all members. The City as well as our insurance carrier can deny our pool access to be open, if attention to rules/ordinances/requirements are not taken seriously by all RF members. Each head-of-household RF member signed a “contract” specifically stating “Members shall abide by all policies and procedures regarding swimming pools and tennis court activities.” “Parties” imply “invited guests” and as such are subject to a required physical “request” of the Board (printed form) along with a $25 fee and a $25 cleaning deposit.

In general, all of you are wonderful neighbors and friends who we know just want to enjoy the fun and attributes of a beautiful recreation facility but we must remain vigilant in our adherence to our policies and rules! Non-recognition and non-adherence to our policies and rules can result in negative outcomes, the most severe of which could be revocation of membership.

Please help ALL of us keep our recreation facilities open and functioning properly!

With deepest gratitude and respect,

Your FCVHOA Board of Directors
