For a safe and enjoyable swim team activity, the following rules apply:

1. Report to the coach at the beginning of your designated practice time.

2. Remain in the designated area/lanes during practice times.

3. Enter the pool only at the ends, not sides, and no diving starts until permission given.

4. Go under the lane ropes, not over.

5. Once you are in practice, notify the coach if you have to leave for any reason.

6. No rough horseplay (such as shoving, pushing in, and jumping on top of each other) and no foul or hurtful language will be tolerated.
